Honest & they keep you informed re work in progress. Courtesy trans from shop to home/work & p/u & return to shop when car is ready to go. When they must test drive ur car, they DO NOT drive it in a way that messes up your things...they are very careful. Their work is thorough & complete.

Because I am a shop owner I took advantage of the opportunity to visit Capitol Automotive while visiting Carson City. It was great that the owner Marcus is actively involved in the daily operation. The technicians demonstrated a high level of competence and have a lot of experience. The facility is packed with professional tools and equipment that looked brand new because of how well they are maintained.
