I trust the crew at Capitol Automotive to do what needs to be done on our vehicles. They just worked on our high mileage VW (250k) and I haven’t run this well in years!

This is the third time I've had major work done on my car at Capitol Automotive. Every employee here is great. They don't try to upsell you, explain exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it, and always get my car back to me on the same day. I'd rather never have to see them obviously, but they make it as painless as possible.

Thank you for your prompt reliable service and friendly, courteous attention to your customers. Getting my car in a day earlier than anticipated was a nice surprise.

Tony did excellent work on my vehicle, and they even came in under their estimate! I couldn’t recommend them any higher. I’ll be back!

They upsale repairs not needed immediately. Also if they refuse to to do any repairs such as alignments they will still charge you. Learned a valuable lesson today dealing with Marcus and this shop. DO NOT GO.
