Spent close to $2,000, and our car was returned with the timing incredibly off and the check engine light on( their mistake ). When they agreed to take it back in to fix their mistake, they couldn't find time to get an open bay to fix it for 2 more days! Mind you, we had paid already and this was their mistake. Once it was finally returned, within less than a week the axle (that they had we had JUST PAID THEM TO REPLACE) started making the same noise it made before, the whole entire reason we brought it in was to have this repaired. They agreed to take a look today, but on the phone they were not making it a priority and were very rude to my fiance and didn't even let him finish his sentences, because they already got their money I am guessing and customer service is no longer important to them. Don't choose this place unless you have to, first and last time customers here. We chose it for the good reviews, but this was a huge disappointment. ..and I'm not the type to complain on a review, but wow.
Sorry we let you down EM. There was a trick to setting up the timing on that '99 turbo Volvo that we were unaware of and was different that similar year Volvos. It passed our initial test drive and when you guys brought it back it took us forever to figure out. It is right now, and it is guaranteed. We replaced the axle you asked us to replace, the one with the torn CV boots. We offered to check for the noise for a fee, you declined, as written on your signed repair order. My guess is the other side went out. The axle we installed is not noisy and is guaranteed. Thank you for the feedback, I apologize if we were rude.
