I am a local. Needed my car repaired immediately. The girl who took my call wouldn't expedite even a quick look for less two weeks out and then hung up on me.

Hi James, my understanding was you needed a diagnosis appointment, our earliest which is July 18th. I'm sure you can understand that I can't pull a technician away from a customer's vehicle that made an appointment over a week ago to take a "quick look" at yours. Even our shortest appointments are typically 1.5 - 2 hours in length. We are a small, appointment-based shop and I think not a fit for your expectations. Based on your other Google reviews - all extremely negative - you seem to have very high standards that we probably would be unable to meet. I do sincerely apologize if I sounded rude in our conversation. That was not my intent and I thought our conversation was over.

Great service, if something is not right you can speak to them and they make it right. I like the inspections they do on your vehicle regardless of what you brought you vehicle in for. It helps knowing what attention your car might need in the future. I feel I can trust them.

I brought my car in to get my AC fixed and they did a great job in a timely manner. Of course as with most mechanic places they look to see what else they might be able to fix, but I love that they showed pictures with all of it. They sent me a text with the things they found that needed attention and an estimate along with each individual item. I was able to choose from the message if I wanted any other items fixed or not. But again I LOVE that they had images to go along with each item! I would recommend and use them again.
