John is terrific and very knowledgeable. The service was done in the specified time frame and there was no pressure for extras. A service report was furnished stating what was checked, what was done, what needed attention soon and items that might need service in the future. At no time did anyone try to sell me on performing any of the 'need soon' or 'in the future' services. They do a great job and stand behind the work they do.
