Had taken my 99 XJ in for A/C repair. With 165k on the OD I figured the worse like the compressor ($$$) had died. But with 100 degree temps on the horizon I was willing to put the money into getting it blowing cold again. I dropped the vehicle off the night before the appointment. The next afternoon they called to inform me that it was ready to be picked up and that it was simply an empty system. That was the best case ($) scenario. I loved their reports sent via text and email. They very neatly showed what was in good condition (green), recommended (yellow), and needed attention (red). Each section had pictures with reasonably understandable descriptions. This made the decision process very easy and increased my confidence in their ability to do a great job, which they did!
