When we turned the A/C fan on a thumping sound started so we turned it off , upon trying a few minutes later the same sound emitted. So as Capital was on the way home we diverted and asked if they could give an opinion. They immediately ran a analysis of the system and terrorized what could have occurred and correctly theorized that something could have gotten into the fan chamber and that turned out to be the correct problem. They took the car , gave us a estimate if they were correct and fixed the car the next morning. They even showed me what they found and I asked if they could e-mail me the pictures and they did. Car fixed in no time .
