My truck came out of Warranty and the dealer raised their labor rates to an absurd rate of $265 or $285 and hour. I went looking for a good place to take my truck and found Capitol Automotive. I found them to be very competent, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My wife's car came out of warranty also so both will be taken here for repairs and maintenance. In todays world we need more businesses like this.

Very professional shop, helped diagnose a part that should be covered by warranty. Would recommend to anyone in the basin where it’s hard to find good shops for anything.

When a technician can diagnose a problem by using one of the most basic methods of hearing what the engine isn’t/is doing, that’s when I know I can trust their expertise. Capital Automotive is highly recommended. I took my Audi there for a diagnosis, it was misfiring. I was told by another shop that it was something completely different than what Capital Automotive diagnosed it as. They called me within a couple of hours letting me know what the issue was. The parts were ordered, and my car was fixed the next day. The cost was very reasonable. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, excellent customer service, honest, and the property is clean and organized. I definitely will use Capital Automotive for all my future vehicle needs.
