I brought my Subaru Outback in to Capitol because it was spraying coolant from the radiator and hoses and I didn't know if the cooling system had other problems elsewhere. I went to Capitol as Subaru Service would not work on my car even though I bought it there because of it being a 2004. Well I am so happy it worked out that way, because ever since Subaru worked on my cooling system and head gaskets, the cooling system has failed due to negligence on their part. Capitol broke that cycle and did nothing short of a fantastic job!!! They put in a new Radiator and hoses that are high quality and much better than what Subaru used on my Subaru Outback, with high quality coolant and booster, and they also took the time to clean up my engine and other areas where the coolant sprayed. I have since driven to Reno and back and stopped in just for a check when I got back and John came out to look at my car putting my mind at ease that everything was just fine! They will continue to have my business from now on. They also paid for my Uber home while they worked on my car and had it done the same day. I have my Subaru back in great shape and running/driving beautifully. 😁 Thank you guys at Capitol Automotive, I appreciate you, the honesty, hard work and getting me back on the road again. You are guaranteed work that is needed from now on my Subaru and will recommend you all!

Was a great experience. Had an appointment. After dropping off the car had a full diagnostic with in a couple hours. Shop called with the best way to go about fixing it. After approval our car was all done the following week.

Fast and detailed, they were able to get my old truck in and out before my appointment date, and their online quote system was great for seeing the work and getting the prices. Gave me the full run down of issues, and did the work I wanted. When I asked what things really needed done and what I could survive without, they gave an honest answer. Great System. Honest Mechanics. Serviced my cooling system and manual transmission, replaced the serpentine belt and a leaking differential seal, and reconnected a cable to my emergency brake. The mechanic took the time to do the job correctly. I never felt like he was rushed. The communication was really good before and during the appointment. I will be using this service in the future.
