Excellent. Easy to get in for service. Time estimate for the service was the amount of time that it took. Clean facility and waiting area. Service manager was helpful and explained what was done. They found the problem that I had concerns about. This included useful pictures of the problem. I had no feeling of being sold work to be ‘done’. I felt that service needed was provided. Definitely will return.

I definitely will use you 4 my vehicle needs. I just moved here from Grand Rapids, Michigan and was looking for a reliable, clean, service. They do a great job. Honest shop . A little pricey but worth it

They were great! Nice, polite and professional. They even put a new battery in my remote! Even though I did not know exactly what the items that needed replacement they took the time to explain it all to me. The only delay in doing the repair was getting the right parts from the dealer.

Thanks for the review Carol and for bringing the Equinox to Capitol Automotive! Hopefully that check engine light stays off for good now! Sorry about the parts delays. With COVID and now all this winter weather most of our orders this month have been delayed.
