Checked reviews on multiple sites. Has above average positives. The negatives were notable that the owner of Capital Automotive took time to reply to them and offered to discuss issues. John at front desk was excellent in discussing and noting maintenance I wanted performed and the cost of the service. Received a written estimate. Work performed as requested and issues were photographed for future reference. Just picked up the vehicle yesterday and will update review should it be neccessary.

Capitol automotive was the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they even accommodated a last minute adjustment to the maintenance I initially went for. I was so surprised when later that day I received a check up for my vehicle about what they had discovered, what they were working on, and critical issues that needed to be addressed. They also gave me a call to discuss these and all of my options. That is an amazing feature and really goes above and beyond the average mechanic shop.
