The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they even accommodated a last minute adjustment to the maintenance I initially went for. I was so surprised when later that day I received a check up for my vehicle about what they had discovered, what they were working on, and critical issues that needed to be addressed. They also gave me a call to discuss these and all of my options. That is an amazing feature and really goes above and beyond the average mechanic shop. Excellent customer service! Check engine light came on and although they weren't able to get me in immediately, they got me in as soon as they could. It's been hard finding someone local to take care of my Audi, but they came through! They are my go to for my car from now on!
